The Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) provided by HomePro is a critical safety net that reinforces the standard written guarantee Bonixo provides for all our completed projects. Simply put, the IBG is an insurance policy that comes into effect if, due to unforeseen circumstances like insolvency or cessation of trading, Bonixo is unable to honor its own guarantee during the cover period. It covers the cost of remedial work for faulty workmanship and/or defective materials up to the full contract value (or a maximum limit, usually around £20,000) for the remainder of the guarantee term, often up to 10 years. This protection ensures that your investment is secure, and any potential issues are resolved without you having to pay twice.
